Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data DRAKARIS LTD (“we”, “us”) collects through drakarris.online, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry.
1. Who is responsible for your data
DRAKARIS LTD is the controller of the personal data described here. For any question about this policy or about your data, write to hello@drakarris.online.
2. What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form, we receive:
- What you type: your name, email address, and — if you choose to fill them in — company name, messenger handle, project type, budget range, timeline and project details.
- Technical data sent by your browser: IP address, user-agent string, the page you submitted from and the referring page.
- Campaign data: UTM parameters and, where present, the Google click identifier (
gclid) from the link you arrived through.
We do not ask for and do not want payment details, identity documents or any other sensitive category of data. Please do not send them through this form.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote — on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and of steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
- To keep the form working and free of abuse — IP address and user-agent are used to rate-limit and filter automated submissions, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service available.
- To understand which campaigns produce enquiries — campaign parameters are matched to your submission so we know which advertising is worth paying for, on the basis of our legitimate interest in measuring our own marketing.
4. Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It is accessible to us and to the providers that make the site run:
- Our hosting provider, which stores the server the site and its database run on.
- Google, but only where you have consented to advertising or analytics cookies and that measurement is configured on this site. What Google receives is a signal that an enquiry happened, plus the click and cookie identifiers needed to attribute it. It never carries the content of your message, and Google acts under its own terms as an independent controller for advertising data — see Google's Privacy Policy.
We may disclose data where we are legally required to do so, and no further than that requirement extends.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. If the enquiry becomes a project, the related records are kept for as long as we are required to retain business and accounting records. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
6. Where it is stored and international transfers
Enquiry data is stored on our server and in a backup file on the same server. It is not copied to any third-party CRM or mailing tool.
Where you have consented to advertising or analytics cookies, the data those involve may be processed by Google outside the EEA, including in the United States. Google makes those transfers under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and its own supplementary measures. If you do not consent, no such transfer takes place.
7. Cookies and consent
One strictly necessary cookie remembers your cookie choice. Nothing else is set unless you allow it. Advertising and analytics cookies are governed by Google Consent Mode v2: Google's tags receive your decision before they run, and while you have not consented they operate with advertising storage, analytics storage, advertising identifiers and ad personalisation all switched off.
Every cookie we can set is listed individually — name, purpose and lifetime — in the Cookie Policy. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through , which appears in the footer of every page, and we re-ask after 180 days. Declining does not restrict any part of this site, including the enquiry form.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights over your data: to access it, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time — withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.
Write to hello@drakarris.online to exercise any of them; we answer within one month. If you are in the EEA or the UK and you are unhappy with our answer, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
9. Security
Enquiry data is stored on an access-controlled server, and the administration view is password-protected. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not keep data we do not need, which is the most reliable protection there is.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new “last updated” date. Material changes affecting enquiries already submitted will be notified by email where we hold one.
